The 4-H Fair provides exhibitors and patrons with a wide variety of fun, educational and informational activities, the value of which lasts far beyond Fair week. Each year, we reach out into the community for economic support to continue our mission of running a safe, quality county Fair. A gift of any amount helps to assure the continued success of this event AND supports the efforts of volunteers from across our community.

In an effort to strive towards continual improvement and community inclusion we have created these other sponsorship categories A sponsor may choose to be included in the fair as a traditional sponsor and also in one of the following areas.

Landscape Sponsorship

Landscape sponsorship will include an area of the fairgrounds as designated by the fair committee for landscape/horticultural display during the week of the fair and may include business signage.

Bench Sponsor $475

Bench sponsorships will cover the cost of a bench to be purchased by the fair committee and will include a nameplate to be mounted on the bench with the name or memorial of the sponsor’s choice. Benches will be made from 100% recycled plastic.

Corporate Sponsorship Levels

Midway Sponsor $2,000

Midway sponsorship will include the listing of the midway in all schedules, publications and PA announcements as the “business name Midway with Rides of Utica”. Midway sponsorship shall include all the benefits of traditional sponsorship at the Platinum Level. Midway sponsors will be recognized with prominent signage at the entrances to the midway on the grounds during the week of the fair. Midway sponsors will also receive a ride ticket package redeemable for up to 20 ride wristbands during the 2013 fair.

Center Stage Sponsor $1,500

Center stage sponsorship will include all the benefits of traditional Platinum Level sponsorship and also include prominent A-Frame signage displaying the business name at center stage throughout the week of the fair. In all schedules, publications and PA announcements the center stage shall be called the “business name center stage”

Feature Act Sponsor $1,500

Feature act sponsorship shall include all the benefits of traditional Platinum sponsorship and additional benefits listed as follows. These sponsors shall have prominent signage at one of the large acts books for the 2013 fair as listed below. In all schedules, publications and PA announcements these events shall be listed as “Event name brought to you by business name”
